BUC's Compliments and Complaints Handling Committee and the Management got an opportunity to be trained by CAJ officials on Effective Public Complaints Management, Access to Information Act,2016 and Performance Contracting Requirements.
The Team enjoyed Three (3) days,(9th -11th March 2021), of very informative and interactive sessions.
