Self-Sponsored Students
- Decide the programme that you want to undertake and ensure you meet the programme qualifications stated in "Our Programmes" menu.
- Click on Apply at the top or bottom of this section.
- Fill in the required information in each step of the application.
- Finish the application process and submit your application.
- Receive an email with your application ID upon successful submission.
- Pay the required application fee based on the programme.
- Track your application status using your Application ID and Password.
Paper Admission Application Process
- Download the application form from our website or collect it from the Registrar’s Office.
- Gather and certify required documents (Three Copies Each):
- Duly filled application form
- Primary & high school certificates (Certified)
- Bachelor’s certificate and transcripts (Certified)
- Academic transcripts or result slip (Certified)
- National ID, Birth Certificate, or Passport
- Three (3) color passport-size photos
- Letter from the Referee
- Proof of application fee payment (KShs. 2000)
- Pay the application fee through the university's bank accounts as indicated on the application form.
- Submit the filled forms and documents to the Registrar’s Office or mail them to the university.
- Upon approval, receive your admission letter within 3 weeks.
