Dr. John M. Momanyi holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Educational Psychology from Moi University. Dr. Momanyi is a Senior lecturer and researcher in Educational Psychology with a bias in motivation and Educational Measurement and Evaluation. He has over 13 years of University teaching and has served as Departmental Examinations Coordinator, Faculty Examinations Officer and Ag. Dean. He is a member of various professional associations among them the International Society for the Study of Behavioural Development (ISSBD). He has taught and supervised several post graduate students both at masters and doctoral levels. Dr. Tony Okwach Omusonga is currently a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Curriculum, Instruction and Educational Media at Bomet University College (BUC) and Head of Research and Innovation Startup Village. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Curriculum Studies degree (2009) from Maseno University. He is spearheading the entrenchment of research and innovation culture, collaborations and outreach/extension services at BUC through organization of conferences, training workshops and development of curricula and fundable research proposals, among other activities. He has 11 years’ experience of University teaching and has previously served as Chair of Departmental Postgraduate Studies Committee and Teaching Practice Coordinator at Maseno University and Chair of Department of Curriculum and Instruction at Kaimosi Friends University College. He has supervised to completion 7 PhD and 22 Masters Students and published 30 articles in peer reviewed international journals. His research interest is in the field of Curriculum and Instruction. His research has centered on the search for relevance in the curriculum and application of instructional strategies and technology to enhance teaching and learning. Dr. Richard Maite Sigilai holds a PhD in Education (Educational Administration) from Moi University, Master of Education in Educational Management from Egerton University and Bachelor of Education, from Moi University. He has trained with Kenya Institute of Management on Certification in Program Monitoring and Evaluation (CPM&E), Certificate in Guidance and Counseling by Christian Churches’ Educational Association and Certificate in Educational Management by Kenya Institute of Education. Dr. Sigiali is a lecturer and coordinator of the Department of Educational Management and Policy Studies, School of Education, Bomet University College (a Constituent College of Moi University). He has undertaken several researches and disseminated the findings in various Journals. His research interests include Educational Leadership and Policy, Instructional Supervision and Transformational Leadership. He trains, supervises and mentors postgraduate students. Dr Mettoh is a lecturer at Bomet University College, Kenya and a member of Kenya Association of Professional Counsellors. Dr. Ishenyi is a Lecturer at Bomet University College and the current Coordinator Department of Curriculum Instruction & Technology in the School of Education since May 2021. Before then, he served as high school teacher and Principal employed by Teachers Service Commission Kenya, Assistant Lecturer Mt. Dr. Waweru Muriithi holds a Doctorate Degree in Counselling Psychology from Egerton University. He is a lecturer in the Department of Educational Psychology & Foundations, School of Education, Bomet University College. Dr. Simiyu Chililia Pius holds a Doctorate of Philosophy Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Kibabii University, a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology and Bachelors of Education Degree from Kenyatta University.
Dr. Simiyu has vast academic experience of having taught as an assistant lecturer for over 7 years at Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology, Kibabii University, Mount Kenya University and Daystar University. At Kibabii University Dr. Simiyu supervised several postgraduate students and mentored many.

Dr. Peter Muchemi holds a Doctorate Degree in Counselling Psychology from Laikipia University.
He is a lecturer in the Department of Educational Psychology & Foundations, School of Education,Bomet University College. A professional Counsellor with 15 years’ experience. He has served as a practitioner in counselling psychology in the Government of Kenya offering counselling services to persons employed by the government in Rift Valley Region. Further, he has been involved in Mental health treatment among community members, offering support system for persons struggling with and recovering from alcoholism and other forms of addictions. He has published widely in areas of counselling and education psychology in internationally refereed journals. He has previously served in leadership as a departmental head and a High school principal, and has a wide range of teaching experience at high school, diploma college and University levels. Dr. Ouma Omito is a full-time lecturer of Education in the Department of Curriculum, Instruction and Technology, School of Education, Bomet University College. He holds a PhD degree in Education, Communication and Technology from Rongo University, Kenya. Dr. Omito has a long experience in the field of education. Previously he taught with Teachers Service Commission (TSC) and Umma University. At Umma University, he was the founding Head of Department and Dean of School of Education and Social Sciences. Dr. Omito showed outstanding academic excellence in several universities where he was trained. At the University of Nairobi, besides being the top First Class Honors holder in Bachelor of Education (Arts) (Mathematics and Business Studies) degree, he was awarded an alumni prize for being the best overall student in the College of Education and External Studies in the academic year of 2006/2007. This was then closely followed by a prestigious, Sasakawa Young Leaders Fellowship Fund (SYLFF), Master in Distance Education degree scholarship at the same university.
